Support
We usually reply within two business days.
Email support@loopara.app with your device model, iOS version and what happened. Please don’t attach voice recordings unless we ask.
Getting started
Open Voicora and follow the welcome steps. Choose Clone my voice to record about 15–25 seconds, or Create a voice to design one without recording. Then tap New script, paste your text and tap Generate.
The voice engine download
The engine (about 1.85 GB) downloads once, ideally on Wi-Fi. If it stops, open Settings in the app and tap Download engine again — it resumes where it left off and checks every file.
Generation stopped or is slow
Keep Voicora open while it generates: iOS pauses heavy work in the background. Finished sentences are saved, so tapping Generate again continues where it stopped. On iPhone 17 Pro Max, generating takes about twice the length of the audio.
My cloned voice doesn’t sound like me
Record again in a quiet room, 15–25 seconds, in your natural voice, about a hand’s width from the microphone. Keep Auto clean-up on. For one line, use New take to try another version.
Restore a purchase
In the app: Settings → Voicora Pro → Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you used to buy.
Cancel a subscription or ask for a refund
On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Voicora, or Manage subscription in the app. The lifetime purchase never renews. Refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com
Delete your data
Delete any voice or script in the app, or remove the engine in Settings. Deleting the app removes everything it stored. We hold no copy.
Report misuse
If you believe someone used Voicora to imitate your voice without permission, email support@loopara.app with details. Voices are created and stored on users’ devices, but we take misuse seriously and will help where we can.
Requirements
iPhone or iPad with a recent chip and plenty of memory; tested on iPhone 17 Pro Max. About 2 GB free for the voice engine. Speech in English, French and Arabic (Modern Standard Arabic).
